Job Description:

STRATEGY & CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

Develop and conduct an exhaustive Training Need Assessment, gathering 360 feedback from:
  1. TNA forms.
  2. Feedback / Recommendation from line management.
  3. New business requirements.
Develop the pre-assessment and admission criteria for Modules based on:
  1. Agreed Requirements
  2. Educational Background
  3. Certifications
  4. Panel Interviews
  5. Line recommendation

Partner with HRD, Operations, Commercial, BD, Marketing as well as external parties (where deemed necessary), for curriculum designing, in line with emerging trends.

Develop channel-wise content to be used for Orientation / fast track system.

Develop training procedure manuals, course outlines, guides and course material.

Use innovative training methodologies such as new software, interactive trainings and online training modules.

Formulate and cascade Training & Development specific, relevant SOPs, in line with process efficiency

Amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.

Develop effective induction/orientation programmes for new recruits.

Ensure timely communication of training schedules with the participants in order to ensure smooth operations.

Execute training modules at the Company, taking a project management approach for each component’s completion.

Trainings to be conducted at all sites within Pakistan as per requirement.

ROI EVALUATION & CILDP CONSTRUCTION

Conduct pre and post assessments and variance analyses for each module, to track individual performance.

Devise effective measurement tools to gauge ROI impact of trainings imparted.

Develop Customized Individual Learning & Development Plans for employees, tailor-made to their distinct requirements.


Required Skills:
Experience in a Logistics / Supply Chain business environment is preferred.

Knowledge-Skills:

Proficient MS Office user.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent classroom and coaching skills, consisting of knowledge and effective use of adult learning principles, demonstrated through the development of comprehensive curriculum.

Ability to create a safe learning environment that engages class participants in interactive exercises, case studies and role plays through video conference, conference calls, eLearning, as well as onsite trainings.

Excellent organizational skills, combined with the ability to be self-directed and self-motivated.

Ability to work with others by effectively collaborating, supporting, and negotiating with individuals throughout the entire organization.

Budgeting skills.

Active listening and counseling skills, to provide individual counseling to sales’ force, in accordance with CILDPs.

Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals and attending relevant forums.
