| Job Summary To support the business requirements for the provision of business intelligence dashboards and analytical reporting. To deliver an effective support and maintenance service for identified business intelligence tool. To undertake the implementation of application developments, including defined projects where assigned. Job Description
- To support the business requirements for the provision of business intelligence dashboards and analytical reporting.
- To implement dashboard/reporting requirements, with a constant focus on key business indicators and trends.
- To liaise with IT infrastructure services, in support of dashboard maintenance and development activities.
- To co-ordinate and assist each line of business in fulfilling their requirements with respect to BI analytics.
- To define, plan and manage releases of application updates.
- To support improvement initiatives involving business applications.
- To take responsibility for: time management; reporting and monitoring; risk management; issue management; quality assurance and change management.
- To act as technical expert for BI tool, and share knowledge as appropriate.
- To support other IS team members and resources as appropriate in the implementation of BI related activities.
- To carry out other tasks as agreed with the IS Manager.

- Understanding of C#, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET.
- Understanding and use of SharePoint Server, ADO.NET, VB, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, SQL Server, Web Services, security, instrumentation, exception handling, SharePoint branding and support of enterprise-wide solutions in production.
- Prior exposure to SharePoint 2013, a Microsoft SharePoint certification such as MOSS and WSS, are also a plus.
