We are looking for skilled and highly motivated Software Developers to fill multiple positions Junior to Senior in our team and work on ASP.Net/VB.Net technologies. They will both work independently under supervision of CEO/CTO while implementing cutting edge solutions for a multitude of World-class projects. Under certain conditions, candidates will also be given free hand to experiment, explore various technologies and bring valuable inputs to table

Technical skills required:

• At least 2 years of paid programming experience. The more then better. A proof of previous work along with references will be required.
• Minimum qualification is Bachelors in Computer Science/IT. Must have completed the final project in .Net technologies and should be able to demonstrate it upon request.
• A clear and precise knowledge of .NET framework up to version 3.5 VB.Net/ASP.Net.
• Knowledge of Framework 4.0 features is a plus but not mandatory.
• Must be working with VB.Net already or should be comfortable switching to VB.Net from C#.
• Working knowledge of EntityFramework 5.0 or above is very important.
• Must be able to work with MS SQL Server for basic CRUD operations, creating stored procedures etc.
• Clear concept of 2-tier and 3-tier architecture.
• Must have worked with at least 2 famous APIs like eBay, Paypal, Authorize.net etc. and willingness to quickly learn new APIs as situation demands for it.
• Excellent grip on Web technologies like HTML5, Javascript CSS is must.
• Usage of jQuery and its plugins is must.
• Working knowledge of Twitter Bootstrap is a must.

• Aware of efficient coding nomenclature and write most efficient and well-documented code as a part of your programmer persona.
• Able to demonstrate his solid technical knowledgeand practical working skills during interview and personal assessment. The Interview will be thorough, detailed and the candidate will be assessed and evaluated about different aspects of his personality - technical and otherwise.
• Having capability to understand a system design from scratch.
• Having keen sense of learning.
• Having focus on delivering excellence rather than looking at the clock. In other words, you must be willing to work flexible hours in order to deliver excellent solutions.
