Job Description:

The ideal candidate should:

Hold at least a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electronics Engineering.
Have 1 to 3 years of experience in the relevant field.

Job Description:

Conduct business requirement analysis for IT/technical systems.
Plan and implement new changes in IT/technical systems as per requirement.
Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT systems/projects and initiatives to support and enhance existing systems.
Provide assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of IT systems/applications.
Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues.
Coordinate application development for multiple projects.
Assist in managing an outsource relationship for third party system implementation and product development consultants.
Assist administrators with application installation and testing.
Analyze identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems databases and implement solutions.
Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications.
Assist in the creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new development projects.
Serve as a liaison and facilitator between all business units to assist in addressing and resolving IT software issues.

Essential Skills:

Strong system development knowledge
Knowledge of Linux / UNIX / Systems
Project management skills
Knowledge of Oracle database architecture

Desirable Skills:

Excellent business communication skills
Sound analytical skills
Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
Proficiency required in MS Office Suite
