| Job Description: |
| Major responsibilities of the position include:
Undertake human resourcing and talent planning as per University needs
Direct job analysis/evaluation process on campus
Develop and implement performance management system across University
Undertake HR Budgeting Planning
Customize and develop University HRIS as per present and future needs
Design and oversee employee compensation and benefits
Undertake Training and Development activities across Campus
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and documents
Facilitation of HR support to Schools and Departments
Supervision of employee and HR records
Skills required:
Proficiency in HR functions and industry HR practices
Management and leadership qualities
Ability to take and drive initiatives
Strategic planning and decision-making skills
Strong Communication and negotiation skills
Important Points:
