The Ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, marketing or related field
- Have at least 4 years of related experience.
Job Description:
- Work with designated units to provide relevant analysis need.
- Act as business consultant to provide rich analysis to business in close coordination with relevant stake holders.
- Add value in the reporting and analysis requirements raised by the business users.
- Responsible for the management of activities such as coordination, monitoring & analysis related to market, competition, customer behaviour, product concepts and similar market related activities.
- Work primarily on long and short term sales plan and strategic projects of the company.
- Responsible for leading and providing critical analytical support on all new strategic initiatives.
- Perform detailed analysis and build strong understanding of assigned commercial business unit’s working, processes and key performance indicators.
- Address the business questions raised by various business units by sound and thorough analysis and recommendations.
- Analyze products, segments, customers, market, sales & distribution, channel efficiency, KPI inclusions, usage, sales performance etc.
- Empower business users with effective channel knowledge to address their problem areas and to help units achieve their KPIs.
- Work on improving the workflows of the analysis unit by contributing towards technical developments and internal reports development.
- Analyze, understand and recommend solutions to complex problems.
- Prepare group strategy sessions, board meetings and all external stakeholder communication.
