Macrosoft Pakistan is looking for 4-8 years SQL Server Database Developer/DBA having strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; the ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; the ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; and the ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.

Skills Required:

· The candidate must possess the following skills:

· Must have experience on MS SQL server 2005/2008.

· Strong working knowledge of RDBMS and its internal storage & memory architecture.

· Must have in depth SQL Server Database Administration and development experience.

· Experience of managing multiple MS SQL server 2005/2008 RDBMS on large systems.

· Experience of Transactional SQL and DTS stored procedures.

· Experience with schema design and stored procedures.

· Design reports, dashboards, and other visualization tools to make data and information accessible and easy to locate and understand for decision makers.

· Redesign and optimize BI environment (SSIS/SSAS/SSRS) for moving to new data center

· Interact with client to establish/clarify their requirements and develop report specifications.

· Proven hands-on experience with data modeling, authoring complex queries and stored procedures, implementing databases at the physical level, and database performance optimization.

· Data Modeling, Business Analysis and Extraction / Transformation / Load (ETL) development using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services ( SSIS ).
