Pro-actively looking for candidates, operating search tools; LinkedIn, databases ,Job boards as well Talent hunting.

Managing a complete database of candidates for future prospects and maintaining a liaison with candidates

Handling the tasks of screening, selecting and submitting candidates to job orders within a defined discipline along with performing initial CV sifting against job description

Meet all assigned daily targets and deadlines in terms of resourcing quality candidates

Coordinate with a team of recruitment consultants
