Job Description:
Strategy Planning
  • Performance Talent Management strategy, planning Execution
  • Developing the metrics framework
  • Management of organizational development activities
  • Performance Management System Administration
  • Performance Management System Administration
  • Quality check of Annual, Monthly, Quarterly Objectives/KPIs Setting
  • Management of performance reviews
  • Evaluations Management
  • Reports Management visibility
  • 360 Degree Management development plans
Development Refinement of Policies Processes
  • OD Policies Development
  • Refinement of policies
Employee Engagement
  • Implementation/project management of global processes such as EES and CMPak Way
  • Execution of the organization wide interventions according to findings of cultural climatic survey i.e., EES
  • Management of Employee Engagement Activities
Talent Management
  • Design and development of talent management programs
  • Consultation with HRBP on all phases of talent management such as succession management, assessment, talent pipelines, selection processes etc.
  • Provide framework for talent movement of emerging talent and top performers across organization
  • Identify business impact metrics to measure the success of key initiatives and report on the effectiveness of the programs
  • Embed the process and tools for talent reviews (Talking Talent) and succession planning
  • Strategizing and Developing Skill Assessment system
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS EXPERIENCE
Qualifications/ Knowledge:
  • Masters degree in MBA or equivalent preferably in HR.
Training : Skills - Generic:
  • The ability and confidence to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Good organizational skills and able to pay attention to detail
  • The ability to contribute to and work effectively within a team environment
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications especially Word, PowerPoint, Explorer and Excel
  • Willing to take on additional tasks as required and learn new skills
  • Sound understanding of Talent Management
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence management
  • Sound stakeholder management skills with the ability to get things done cross-functionally
