| The ideal candidate should:
- Hold a Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration /IT
- Possess relevant work experience of 1-2 years
Job description:
- Perform handle projects, initiatives deliverables as assigned from time to time by the line manager
- Analyze and report the performance of sales team on daily, weekly, monthly basis
- Calculate the incentive/commission of ES team as per their performance
- Manage HR related issues of outsourced ES staff nationwide
- Coordinate and follow up with other teams (internal/external) regarding essential day to day activities
Essential skills:
- Database Management
- Familiarity with sales planning techniques
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
