Job Description:

SUMMARY

Manage and develop all aspects of the business in the Pakistan and Southeast Asia region. Focusing on fortune 500 companies with presence/exposure to the Pakistan and Southeast Asia region Plans and implements sales, marketing and services development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Conduct market analysis, develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for CRI Group professional investigative services.
  • Liaise with sponsorship partners such as The ACC Singapore Chapter serves more than 100 in-house lawyers who represent more than 70 organizations through networking, knowledge sharing including CCME (Corporate Council Middle East) ACC (Association of Corporate Counsels) to conduct seminars specific to FCPA anti-corruption and compliance issues. Generate new business avenues via the seminars and various media applications.
  • Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets in coordination with Manager.
  • Implement plans and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
  • Support in management of key accounts in the region developing and maintaining business relationships whilst, ensuring client satisfaction. Working closely with the technology and advisory team to deliver high-end innovative solutions relevant and customized to the client’s requirements.
  • Implementation of services whilst working alongside the client to ensure successful delivery.
  • React to all enquiries from potential clients, also approach potential client’s cold, to introduce the CRI Group and its services and explain our presence in the Region. Responding to tenders. Researching formulating compiling the necessary information required in order pitching for the business
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets and establish strategic relations with key decision makers
  • Work closely with the client to understand operational requirements budget timescale, helping the client to attain budget approval via board of directors. Often holding roundtables within the client’s offices to present the solution and close out the deal.
  • Working closely with the client to ensure policies procedures training and communications are delivered effectively and within a timely manner.
  • Building excellent relationships and leveraging on these by expanding the business based upon referrals.
  • Attending various marketing event in the region to promote the business in the way of seminars / roundtables.
  • Analyze industry information and formulate effective strategies to coincide with marketing, to achieve CRI Group growth objectives
  • Liaising very closely with the various internal departments to ensure all client requirements are met and exceeded where possible.
  • Develops and recommends services positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
  • Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
  • Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
  • Evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy within coordination with manager to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Monitors and prepared reports of competitor services, sales and marketing activities.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Support preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all services lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Prepare sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Prepare market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
  • Represents CRI Group at trade association meetings to promote services.
  • Coordinates liaison between regional and global sale and marketing departments.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Master’s Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business preferred with a minimum of five years related experience with progressive managerial responsibilities.

LANGUAGE AND MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Demonstrated in-depth sales and marketing techniques and financial principles. Effective ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-management, internal and external customers.

REASONING ABILITY

Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
