| Job Description: |
- ORMS/EPOS Handling.
- To ensure making and dispatching of Sales Tax Invoices and commercial bills to relevant customers in time.
- Making of EM/PG/BG according to contracts and record keeping.
- Supplies Follow Ups.
- Receivables Management i.e. Receivables against Sales, Earnest Money, Security Deposit and Bank Guarantee.
- Stock Reconciliation with source.
- Fortnightly Reporting regarding Sales, Receivables and Stocks.
- Prepare Monthly Business Report in consideration with HOD.
- Budgeting and Forecasting in consideration with HOD.
- Logistics Bills and departmental Expenses scrutiny.
- Responsible for Company Registration with different Government/Private Departments.
- Maintain Documentation of each & every customers.
