Job Description: |
- To ensure timely processing of monthly payroll and maintenance of accurate employee records in HRMS while pro-actively identifying and proposing changes in HRMS for improved efficiency.
- Proactively propose changes and updates in HRMS after acquiring feedback from all stakeholders and identifying new trends and usages which can be implemented.
- Ensure that all approved changes (Job change, Reporting lines, employment Confirmations etc.) are updated in HRMS in a timely manner after verification of necessary documentation.
- To ensure timely transfer of salaries in employee salary accounts after coordinating with the concerned banks.
- Responsible for employees attendance record on monthly basis.
- Responsible for Collecting Timesheet/Invoices for processing of salaries.
- Responsible for payment of Leave Encashment Record on monthly basis.
Qualification:- MBA in HR from Reputed institution.
Experience: - 6 years of experience in telecom industry and preferable in services organization.
