| WeMo Technologies is looking for a number of Senior/Architect level PHP/JavaScript/Express Engineers (PHP 5 , Object Orientated, PHP Back End PHP Engineer, NodeJs, Express) to join our growing IT team. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are focused and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, be part of a core team of engineers, and take ownership of products, few features or projects. Duties and Responsibilities: - Designing, coding, testing, debugging and supporting all types of applications consistent with established requirements using primarily PHP programming language with MySQL or other databases
- Maintain (fix/upgrade), optimize and secure existing applications
- Provide alternate design solutions along with project estimates
- Will be expected to handle smaller projects completely on their own,including interactions with other teams and 3rd parties for design and architectures.
Required: - A highly experienced PHP software engineer with back end development experience who:
- Has made extensive use of MVC frameworks
- Has in depth understanding of HTTP and RESTful web applications
- Has good experience of front end technologies
- Has good experience of using design patterns and best practices
- Has a strong understanding of database systems, MySQL in particular
- Has been exposed to Linux command line environment
Good to Have: - Experience of working in NodeJs and Express framework
- Experience of automated testing and continuous integration
- Has in depth understanding of PHPUnit
- Has mastered Git
- Has working knowledge of no SQL
