- Routine Examination and Analysis of Management Accounting system.
- Financial Statements Analysis and reporting.
- Profitability Analysis.
- Profit Centers and Cost Centers reporting
- Review, analyze implement the comprehensive costing controls
- Application of costing concepts in the analysis of different areas of costing.
- Variance Analysis and reporting
- Monitoring and reconciliation of production variances
- Month End Closing Activities
- Execute other related assignments as directed by HOD
- Co-ordinate with the team for smooth implementation of the assignments

The Growth:
The founder Mian Muhammad Fazal was determined to take on the business world and realize his vision and aspirations of expanding the business operations. An Import Division was established in 1975 and the company carved a niche for itself as a major contributor towards the country's economic progress by earning recognition on the international level.
