| The ideal candidate should:
- Hold at least a Bachelors degree in General Business Management.
- Have at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
Job Description:
- Facilitate in design and development of succession planning and talent management programs and processes to improve the depth of leadership pipeline.
- Provide information to management and employees on all phases of talent management such as talent management infrastructure development, talent identification systems, talent development deployment, succession career planning, talent pipeline, etc.
- Provide support in execution of talent processes including personality profiling, designing operationalizing assessment development centers.
- Work on planning, managing and analyzing the findings from talent assessment processes, in addition to facilitating in the designing, development and executional aspects of the organization wide interventions vis--vis talent management.
- Identify, recommend and build relationships with all talent acquisition channels.
- Contribute towards Mobilinks position as employer of choice.
- Increase and build healthy talent bench strength.
- Identify and resolve issues and concerns affecting the employees development.
- Provide support to the team in launching and executing e-learning programs.
- Explore new ideas on improving learning and development using technology.
- Schedule and arrange logistics for different initiatives/activities run during different phases of talent management.
