The ideal candidate should:

• Hold a Masters degree in Business Administration from an HEC Recognized Institute.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in the relevant field.

Job description:

• Manage the sales forces on follow-up for customers in pipeline.
• Plan and forecast sales and carry out target achievement planning.
• Manage commission calculation and coordination internally and with finance.
• Manage internal reporting dash board management for revenue and commissions.
• Coordinate with all stake holders for data gathering.
• Facilitate sales force in understanding and gathering requirement for ongoing and upcoming initiatives in the government / private organizations.
• Responsible for notifying sales/segments team for relevant RFPs/EOIs related to corporate solution offerings and facilitating in furnishing them.
• Participate in the sales process from lead generation to client onboarding and execution.
• Work with the MFS segments team to customize products considering needs of the clients.
• Facilitate in strategy formulation to target government / private organizations for MFS corporate products.
