Job Description:

The Ideal candidate should:

Hold at least a Bachelors in Commerce/ Computer Science. Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Finance will be preferred.
Have at least 3 to 5 years relevant experience.

Job Description:

Maintain zonal billing for department along with billing related issues.
Responsible for generating bills and assuring the correct booking of revenue according.
Handle zonal customers and different departments queries and assurance of resolution.
Plan and implement the companies policies within the department.
Manage customer portfolio and analyze data on a regular basis for accuracy of customer database.
Ensure the resolution of system generated tasks in time and update the systems to generate correct bills.
Analyze the business needs and process the application development.

Essential Skills:

Relationship Management
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of revenue assurance and credit management
Good negotiation skills
