Job Description: |
The Ideal Candidate Should:
- Hold at least a Bachelors degree in computer science or information technology
- Have 2 3 years of relevant work experience
Job Description:
- Initiation, requirement gathering and planning along with all different departments for the development/enhancement of IT systems and tools
- Raise change requirements in CRM Enterprise systems to IT and coordinate with stakeholders for implementation of changes
- Review concept paper, requirement specifications and other project documentation to assure quality of the products and tests to be developed.
- Conduct comprehensive UAT of newly developed/changed system functionalities, VAS services and products.
- Execute the test cases manually and by using Test Automation tools and report defects.
- Proactively work with the Technical and IT teams for timely fixing of reported defects.
- Research and document bug/fault following agreed-upon processes immediately upon discovery of a quality problem.
Essential Requirements:
- Solid understanding of the cellular mobile network, services and VAS products
- Ability to deliver upon multiple projects/assignments in parallel
- Strong computer proficiency (especially in using Microsoft Office Microsoft Project)
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable Requirement:
- Strong understanding of CRM (Siebel), postpaid and prepaid billing systems
- Knowledge of key network elements (e.g. MSC, IN, HLR, SMSC, GGSN, SGSN etc.)
