Job Description:
As an HR:
  • Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
  • Overseas the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records.
  • Writes and delivers presentations to corporate officers regarding human resources policies and practices.
  • Job advertisement, Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Appraisal Working, performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within team.
  • Maintain Attendance record and Monthly Payroll preparation with Accounts
  • To address Various H.R. Issues like Verbal Counseling, issuance of Warning, Termination. etc.
  • Strictly compliance of H.R. Policies framed by Management time by time.
  • Close co-ordination with staff / worker to solve their problems and watch their overall performance.
  • Prepare various internal H.R. Reports.
As an Admin:
  • Security issues.
  • Various Admin. Polices Preparation and their compliances.
  • Training / Course / Workshop Arrangements.
  • Insurance and various membership Renewals
  • Prepare Admin. H.R. Budget.
  • Office Stationary
