Human Resources/Admin Manager (Females Only)is required to perform HR Administrative functions, following are the key responsibilities for this position:
Review and maintain existing policies, procedures and recommend changes as required.
Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR Admin development.
Recruit qualified resources for various projects in the company. Interview the candidates to short list for final interview and make sure that candidates qualify for the positions.
Plan for employees performance appraisal, job evaluation and development.
Plan Internal and External Training of employee including senior managers; maintain contact with outside resources for training.
Must be having good event management skills
Must be strong in handling procurement process and understand severity and secret of handling Procurement process efficiently.
