Provide direction and support to field team to adhere all quality standards against scope of work during project implementation
Should be in close liaison with Project Manager/Operational Manager for implementation of of filed as per guidance and work plan
Oversight of project functioning and advise/supervise project team (Project Coordinator, Field Engineers)
Maintain a database of current projects
Managing relations and negotiations
Working as bridge for stakeholders
Promote strong cooperative relations with customer
Effectively communicate with all departments to arrange for project requirements (i-e Sales, Logistics, Administration and Finance)
Keeping record of transaction of sale and purchase goods (necessary requirements of Project)
Responsible for developing, updating and understanding Plan for customer and team so the stakeholders can map out its customers history and help determine their future
To assist with the preparation of plans and ensure that these are fully adhered to
To effectively solve problems and manage risk to ensure achievement of targets
To prepare presentations, plans, contact reports as necessary
Prepare and provide reports and analysis as required
Keep up to date with developments in the Corporate
Preparing mechanisms and to make sure implementation and execution
Comply with company rules and policies
Managing cash flow against project activities
Indulge with gross root performing level to achieve quality standards
