| Job Description: |
MacroSoft Pakistan is looking for a Senior Java EE resource to join permanently. Resource is responsible for understanding client requirements and delivering key technical design solutions (scalable, highly-available, reliable and extensible) through standard practices, incorporating frameworks, development language and methodologies set forth by the Technical Architecture teams using Java/JEE and related technologies.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Should have at least 5 years strong design and hand-on development experience in creating enterprise level web applications with Java/JEE and related technologies.
- Excellent knowledge of different frameworks like Hibernate, Spring, JMS, OAuth2 based Security, JSF, Struts etc.
- Should have worked in Restful Web Services using Spring, Jersey, JAX-RS or any other framework.
- Excellent knowledge of NoSQL Databases like Mongo DB and others.
- Experience with Cloud platforms like Amazon Cloud will be huge plus.
- Experience with Big Data related frameworks like Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark etc. will be huge plus.
- Experience with development and integration related to Social Networks API.
- Experience / Knowledge with Python language.
- Translates client business needs into technical design solutions. Design/Implements the solutions by using expertise in web-based technologies (JEE, JSF, Hibernate, JBoss, Web Services, Oracle etc.)
- Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater reusability, and / or longer life.
- Ability to articulate the understanding of requirements and the reason behind a suggested solution approach.
- Proven experience with object oriented analysis and design using UML and data modeling.
- Excellent quantitative, problem-solving, technical and analytical skills.
