- Physical reconciliation exercise of IT Assets with IT Inventory feedback on IT Customer Services end user satisfaction
- IT Assets inventory verification, report on assets to be disposed of, report missing assets, report of damaged repairable assets, report of customer feedback on IT CS on random reported issues tickets, Report on improvement plan findings
Essential Skills:- Troubleshooting skills, Windows XP, 7 8. MS office excel, word PowerPoint to extract the reports from raw data sheets
